Note the special brackets by the wheels allow the Optimist to also be carried or stored upside down. The wheels on this dolly are 16" X 4" Select STANDARD Wheels for Firm Ground - Select X-LARGE Wheels for Sand. Note: X-Large wheel may float when there is no boat on the dolly.
